How do I return a product?
We have a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What should I do if the received quantity doesn’t match my order?
If you find a discrepancy in the quantity of goods received, please provide a complete unboxing video for verification. We will check the package weight:
If the weight matches our shipping records, the issue may be due to courier theft or other transit-related problems, and we will not be liable for compensation.
If the weight does not match and sufficient evidence is provided, we will assist in further investigation.
If local customs conducts a secondary inspection in case, resulting in missing or detained goods, can you reship them?
Secondary customs inspections are beyond our control, and we cannot reship the affected goods.
